Michael Franks – Chief Executive Officer

Michael has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and has completed the Corporate Restructuring M&A course at Harvard Business School (Executive Education). He has been an operator for 20 years in various businesses including the ambulance industry and has completed many business restructurings. He has been involved with taking companies public as well as buying, restructuring, and selling companies.

 Chris Martin – Chief Operating Officer

Chris is currently finishing his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with Strayer University and has received industry training such as EMT, fire fighter, and Hazmat. He has extensive background in the ambulance industry specifically in technology, operations, and billing. He has consulted with numerous healthcare entities and government agencies in numerous states. He has designed and developed proprietary software specifically for the ambulance industry. He has been involved with buying, restructuring, and selling companies, as well as being successful in negotiating favorable Medicare carrier policy changes. 

Jerry LeCato – VP Operations

Jerry has over 20 years of background experience in EMS. He has extensive background in the ambulance industry specifically in the areas of public relations, quality assurance, marketing, communications, and operations. He has been directly involved in the organic growth of private ambulance services often accomplishing over 100% increases annually. He has consulted with numerous healthcare entities throughout Virginia and North Carolina. He has been involved with buying and selling companies, as well as successful restructuring of operations.
